Competition

The Un Merletto per Venezia [Lace for Venice] National Competition was established in 2013 from the synergy between Fondazione Andriana Marcello and the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia through the cultural support of Dr. Chiara Squarcina.

This initiative intends to underline the importance of lace-making and ensure deserved visibility for its protagonists as well as create scientific and cultural interest in this precious art.
